Current projects
The Relentless Welcome Home Project - For the first time, RelentlessIQ is preparing a place our members and families can truly call their own, a safe, welcoming, and inclusive space where young adults of every ability can learn, connect, build confidence, and belong.

With community support, this property will become more than a building. It will be a home for skills development, family support, recreation, wellness, creativity, and meaningful friendships. Every contribution will help us prepare the space, furnish program areas, purchase needed supplies, and create an environment where possibilities can grow.

Together, we can open the doors to a future where every individual is seen, supported, and empowered to thrive. Help us build the home of RelentlessIQ.

Funding needs
RelentlessIQ is entering an important stage of organizational growth. After beginning services in October 2024 using borrowed, shared, discounted, and community-based spaces, the organization is now establishing its first physical location dedicated to supporting differently-abled young adults and their families.

This growth creates an opportunity to significantly increase the consistency, quality, and accessibility of RelentlessIQ programming. It also creates immediate funding needs related to facility development, program delivery, staffing, member access, and long-term organizational sustainability.

Current Funding Priorities
1. Facility Readiness & Classroom Development

One of RelentlessIQ’s most immediate priorities is preparing its new physical location for regular member programming.

Current needs include:

Classroom furniture, tables, chairs, and storage
Computers and technology
Educational and life-skills materials
Creative and sensory supplies
Office and administrative equipment
Internet and technology infrastructure
Safety and accessibility improvements
Cleaning, maintenance, and facility supplies
Equipment for health, wellness, and recreational activities
Furnishing and equipping multiple classrooms and program spaces

Funding Goal: Transform available space into functional, welcoming learning environments where members can safely develop skills, build relationships, and participate in structured activities.

2. Facility Operating Expenses

Moving into a permanent location also introduces recurring operating expenses that were limited during RelentlessIQ’s startup period.

Priority expenses include:

Lease
Utilities
Property and organizational insurance
Internet and communications
Building maintenance
Cleaning and sanitation
Security and safety needs
Transportation-related costs
General facility operations

RelentlessIQ is seeking support that helps stabilize these expenses while programming a
