Broadway actors Lucas Caleb Rooney and Bryce Pinkham founded to help at-risk children expand their capacity for achievement through theatrical performance and storytelling. Established in 2012 with headquarters in New York, is a non-profit organization working with partners to develop sustainable programs that empower and change lives.

Some examples include arranging and funding field trip transportation, supplying monthly "mini-grants" to teachers, creating Yearbooks, hosting student dances, coordinating Teacher Appreciation week and organizing fundraisers like Square One Art, Spirit Wear and Boosterthon.
